Karen Y. Chow-Gregory is a Partner in the Palo Alto office of Rose Carson Kaplan Choi & White LLP. Ms. Chow-Gregory practice focuses on corporate immigration. She advises and represents clients in a variety of industries, with a primary focus on the high-tech industry. Ms. Chow-Gregory has extensive experience counseling corporations, individuals and start-ups on various immigration issues, including nonimmigrant filings (H-1, L-1, TN, E-2, E-3 etc.), immigrant filings (EB-1, EB-2/EB-3, Labor Certification (PERM) process), corporate re-organizations, mergers, layoffs and I-9 compliance issues.
